Physician Visit Inclusions
Our staff will visit you to conduct a comprehensive physical exam, thorough medication review and assessment of your surroundings for potential hazards. We also offer preventive care and the maintenance of your health in the form of educational counseling, immunizations, and fall assessments. Our practitioners can also include diagnostic testing such as blood or urine labs, EKGs, ultrasound diagnostics, x-rays and respiratory assessments including nebulizer treatments if necessary.
- Additional Healthcare Services: Physicians To You maintains relationships with several agencies that can provide a comprehensive range of services such as visiting nurses, physical therapists and medical equipment. Diagnostic testing such as ultrasounds and x-rays can also be provided in your home, should the need arise.
- Communications: We will be the liaison between you and your primary physician if you desire, as well as communicate with your family at your request.
- Hospitalization: We will see you in your home only. If you need to be hospitalized, we will refer your care back to your primary physician or a hospitalist who is a physician that specializes in seeing only hospitalized patients. We recommend that you tell the doctors at the hospital that you are under our care and that they should feel free to call us.
